Quick and Easy Stir Fry

 
Vegetables:
Broccoli
Red Onions
Mushrooms
Yellow and Red Peppers
Snow Peas
Zucchini
 
Sautee them in fat free/sodium free chicken broth until desire tenderness
Add cooked protein=> steak, chicken or shrimp
 
For Sauce (in a saucepan)
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp fat free/sodium free chicken broth
cook for about 2 minutes and add to the veggies and protein
