Chocolate Chip Cookies

 
 
3 Cups of Almond Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
1/4 cup of coconut oil melted
1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey
1 large egg
2 large egg white (1/4 cup)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp natural peanut butter (optional)
2 dark chocolate chips in each cookie

combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl, mix and set aside.
beat oil and maple syrup in large bowl until creamy about 4-5 minutes.
add egg, egg whites, and extract and PB beat for 2 minutes.
add flour mixture to the egg mixture until blended.
drop tbsp. onto prepared baking sheet. add 2 dark chocolate chip to each cookie.
flatten cookie with spatula
bake 375 for 8-12 minutes.
