INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 cup almond flour
4 tbsp vanilla protein powder...
2 eggs
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Pinch of baking powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Combine all in bowl & mix thoroughly until you have a dough consistency.
3. On nonstick cookie sheet - roll dough into 1" balls & place on sheet. Press down with fork or the bottom of a drinking glass.
4. Cook at 350 for 10-12 min or until bottoms are golden.
5. Let cool 3-5 min and top with icing.
for icing all I did was mix vanilla protein powder with almond milk and a little stevia
