Jill's Banana Peanut Butter Muffin

1/2 Cup of Greek Yogurt
2 Ripe Bananas
1 Cup Rolled Oats
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup of Almond Flour
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
Natural Nut Butter (almond or peanut)
Dark chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat oven 350F and prepare muffin pans with cooking spray

Add all ingredients except nut butter and chocolate chips to a blender or food processor and process until all the oats are broken down and the batter is smooth.

Fill the muffins pans half away and put 1/2 teaspoon of the nut butter in each of the muffins in the middle. Then use the rest of batter to fill in the muffin pans. Optional sprinkle 3 dark chocolate chips on top of each muffins.

Bake for 14-15 mins. Allow muffins to cool in pan for 10 minutes.
