I don't want to feel tired and overweight.
I don't want to live like this anymore

I WANT SOMETHING BETTER...
I WANT TO LOVE MYSELF.
I WANT TO BE PROUD OF MY BODY.

So I made a decision that I was going CHANGE MY HABITS...
& if I could change my HABITS - it would change my LIFESTYLE.
& if I changed my lifestyle - IT WOULD CHANGE MY LIFE.
=>That is why I became a CERTIFIED NUTRITIONIST to help me and others stay on track.
But I had to get DISGUSTED with those old bad habits and bad foods.
Mentally I had to CONVINCE myself that they were gross, and nasty.
Before I could ever overcome them.
If you're still in love with something -
You'll never let it go until you associate DIFFERENT FEELINGS with it.
That it's disgusting, gross, nasty, yucky & once you start associating negative feelings with junk foods - your mind starts to push them away.
You don't feel the same way that you once did & I think changing my thoughts about those foods is the #1 thing that helped me overcome those bad habits.
Now I'm way healthier, happier, Self confident, full of energy & Self Love
